As I have said many times, word-of-mouth advertising is not only essential to my business, but it is the most fulfilling. It tells me that I’m doing something right.
What also makes my day is when a client is so satisfied with my work, he wants to stay with GG.
A former 2022 Ellensburg client called me the other day for some wetland permitting help. Not knowing better, I asked him how things were going for him in Ellensburg. Surprisingly, he said he had moved to Okanogan County, just south of Oroville.
That being quite a distance from my base of operations, I asked him if he had looked for more “proximal” environmental assistance. He said “no,” because he hoped to hire me because of the work I completed for him in 2022. He wanted the job done right and was willing to pay extra for it.
Well, of course I drove up to assist him. It was great to do some catching up and share how life has treated us the past two years. His property is really beautiful near the Okanogan River. As a point of trivia, this project set a new spatial record insofar as this job was the northernmost I have completed to date (see above map)!
