The form is a single-page Excel spreadsheets with unlocked cells (grey cells) in which information can be typed. Email a completed form to me and, Voila – we’re off and running!
The forms can also be printed, filled out by hand, and texted to me as a photo. This is less preferred, but some folks are not “techies;” I try to remain flexible.
